By providing your phone number to Public Safety Direct, you consent to receive text messages (SMS and MMS) from us for informational and operational purposes including but not limited to:

• Updates regarding status of your account
• Updates regarding status of your vehicle's

You understand that consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of using our services at Public Safety Direct. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving promotional text messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. You may receive a final confirmation message after opting out. For help, reply “HELP” or contact us at Sales@publicsafetydirect.com or 708-389-1896.

4. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Services, including logos, text, graphics, software, and other intellectual property, are owned by or licensed to Public Safety Direct and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
